Software Engineer, Agentic Intelligence

Argonav builds the technology layer of the institution. As a Software Engineer you will build agentic systems that hold the context of a specific business and make value creation durable. You will work close to operators, ship into real engagements, and be measured by whether the system still matters a year later.

What you will do

• Design and build agentic intelligence around how a specific business actually runs.
• Work directly with operators and advisory teams to embed technology into live engagements.
• Own systems end to end, from the model layer to the operator's daily reality.
• Hold a high bar for durability, reliability, and the operator's trust.
